Positive: We stayed at The Snug for 5 days on a family trip with my wife and daughter, and overall had a great experience. The apartment was cozy and very easy to find, right in the center of Holywell. It’s conveniently located near several supermarkets and a wide variety of food shops—including English, Indian, Bengali, Chinese, and kebab options. The kitchen was well-equipped with all necessary utensils, and both the bathroom and toilet were clean and tidy. The living room had a spacious sofa, and the double bed was a good size. My daughter especially enjoyed the single bed. Room temperature was perfect throughout our stay, and having access to a washing machine and dryer was a big plus. Another highlight was its location—only about 30 minutes by car to Conwy, so we had easy access to many nearby attractions. Overall, a very pleasant and convenient stay. Would recommend for families looking to explore North Wales.

Negative: A few areas for improvement: the apartment was a bit dusty, possibly due to not being used or cleaned recently. There were not enough toilet rolls provided, though we easily picked some up from nearby shops. Also, note that there’s no on-site parking—you'll need to pay £1.70 per 24 hours at a nearby lot.
