Positive: I was walking the Wales Coast Path. Paul, the host, offered to pick me up and take me to the accommodation because it's a steep hill up to Hollywell. I really appreciated that. I also liked having my own sitting room.

Negative: I couldn't get the TV to work properly.

Positive: Paul was super helpful and kind. He even collected me from the station. As a solo female traveller I felt very safe. Had my own little sitting room slept on a comfy water bed and had a self help breakfast in the morning.

Positive: Good to try the boiled egg cooker. Great local history info in handbook. Nice sitting/dining room and garden. Nice range of channels etc on tv. Freedom to come and go and make food when needed with a fridge.

Negative: Surprised there was only a curtain on the bathroom door and a window to bedroom. Also the close proximity to their family bedroom affected the feeling of privacy. Also the privacy felt a bit vulnerable with no lock on the bedroom door. Perhaps add the egg cooker info to the handbook and which tv profiles are ok to use.

Summary: Very reasonable price, very friendly people, close to family for visiting and supermarket.

Positive: Paul was a great host, nothing was too much trouble. Beautiful garden surroundings. Catered for my dietary needs, buying gluten free bread, cake and porridge. We had two rooms available for just us. Bedroom with on suite bathroom and a separate lounge room. Everything we needed was in our lounge. Use of Netflix and wire fi. Water bed was great. Never slept in a water bed so was a bit of a laugh, till we got use to it. Plenty of pillows and towels available. Bath bombs available for the bath. Lovely thought. There was nothing we needed as Paul had thought of everything.

Summary: Beautiful place to stay, water bed, wonderful host.
