Positive: This is a great hotel, better than most Taiwanese hotels. The hot spring is top-notch. The room is quiet. Staff are well-trained and speak good English. We really enjoy our stay.

Positive: The complementary breakfast was great! The staff asked us what time we would like to eat the night before, so that the meal were freshly prepared. They were also very friendly! They helped to arrange transportation for us to the nearby attractions/eateries (at our own cost of course). There was a night where we had to head out for dinner, as the property did not have dinner available. The property paid for our taxi to the nearby eateries. I thought this was really kind of them, and really appreciated their hospitality. On the night I arrived, there was a campfire where we could roast mashmellows. It was delicious :) Location wise, if you are looking for a quiet place for some rest and relaxation, then this is the place for you!

Negative: From the website, it appeared that dinner would be available for booking. However, after conversing with the property online, I realised this option was no longer available. Perhaps the property could update their website for this?

Positive: A wonderful return stay with convenient transport.The bonfire event that evening was particularly special .The breakfast was thoughtfully prepared and,as always , delicious -- we really appreciated it. Grateful to 王先生and 藍小姐 for helping my sister retrieve her phone, which had fallen into the bathtub water, late at night. We truly appreciate their efforts . Hope to stay in the same room as my first visit next time .

Positive: Luxury after a long bike ride. The rooms are enormous and we made great use of the in-room hot spring tub. The bathroom was huge and the layout was great with the shower and tub next to each other. We participated in pizza making and wine / coffee tasting - we were hungry so they made the extra effort to get us more pizza supplies.

Negative: We didn't pre-order dinner and the chef left already, hence there wasn't close / easy to access food, so plan accordingly. However there were instant noodles in the room!
