Positive: near a supermarket, has a parking lot 3 mins walk away for our car, nice host

Negative: room is on the 3rd floor, couldn't bring our heavy luggage up, only brought essential up to room.

Positive: First things first: Everything was perfect. The friendliness and helpfulness of the hosts is beyond all expectations. I recommend the stay to experience their great hospitality. We carry home good memories from this and are so thankful. The room and house has everything we needed, it is immaculately clean, and the washing machine is a great plus. We came with bikes and the house has a courtyard that can be closed off from the street, so we felt our bikes were safe. There would be enough space for many bikes so if you’re in a group it is definitely a good place. I seldom give a top rating. The only reason to give ten points here is that I cannot give eleven.
