Positive: Very attentive person on site. The best thing is the outdoor mineral spring bath with each room - very relaxing at the beginning and end of each day. Not too far to restaurants (you need a car though..) and we went to the same Japanese by the station each night which was great and good value. Nice scenery around - the drive through the mountains to the coast is memorable.
Negative: Nothing really. We had forgotten that they want cash but he was happy to wait.
