Positive: Fantastic location and view of Boat beach.

Negative: There is no air con (or fans in downstairs bedrooms) but most of the time you don’t need it due to good sea breeze but there is no fly screens on doors, so mozzies can be a problem. The kitchen is a bit tired including stove and range hood.

Summary: For the price it is a great comfortable house with fantastic location
