Positive: Clean, comfortable, and close to a store, the Pennicott boat trip office, and the entrance to the Port Arthur historic site.

Negative: There were quite a few flies in the area and difficult to keep them from getting in.

Positive: The property was well maintained and clean. Close to Port Arthur Historical site which was great - you could walk there if you chose. It had all that we needed. Having a portable stove element was challenging - we needed to use the BBQ. The little portable oven worked ok for our needs.

Negative: Really needs a proper stove and oven if you were to stay for a longer period of time.

Summary: Convenient, clean - good parking - nice verandah.
