Positive: The room layout and the quality of the furniture, the space was well laid out and the room was well dressed. Location was exceptional for direct access into the town.

Negative: No staff on site made it awkward to raise concerns in a timely manner, the room was absolutely freezing cold (14 degree on arrival and never went above 17), my wife had to take a bath to warm up and we had to wake up twice in the night to "boost" the heating back on and slept in jumpers, 2 cups were dirty for coffee. Not pleased about that at all.

Positive: The property features a very modern vibe with a lot of space in the room. Very close to town 2 minutes walk and a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. In the heart of Chester. Lovely rooms, very clean, with all the necessary toiletries provided

Negative: I have nothing to not like about the property

Negative: Felt very dark and as no blinds to the front windows felt overlooked Dark decor with orange voile across window felt we were in darkness two days but that is just personal preference not a fault

Positive: Immaculately clean, great location especially for the racecourse. Beautiful room, comfy bed, good amenities in the room

Negative: Room was very hot, but fan and air conditioning unit was provided (AC was very loud but did the job) We didn’t see any staff, this wasn’t an issue for us though.

Summary: Would recommend, and visit again.
