Summary: LOVE this place. Perfect location just one block from all the action but quiet and tucked away. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. We did have an issue with getting room service one day until very late but that is usual for South Beach.

Summary: My Wife and I spend the week of 4th of July at the Savoy. The management staff and front desk team of Marco, Rose and Maral that we spoke with were super friendly and helpful with local restaurants and activities in the area. The staff at the pool and the beach were always ready to set us up with food and beverages. The amount of staff to wait on you was tremendous. The room was well appointed and freshly made up each day. This was our first long term stay at Miami Beach and we will definitely be back.

Summary: Great location, friendly staff, amazing food, excellent beachfront chairs and staff, spacious rooms with nice views. Unfortunately the condition of the property is poor and badly in need of renovation. The pool needs work: There is paint peeling everywhere off the pool decks. The bartenders and towel lady were great other staff stood around doing nothing while the water was empty all day. We found it much better to go to the beach and hang out.

Summary: The staff was very friendly and accommodating! Doorman, Federico, was such a friendly face every time you walk in. Rooms were clean and pool and beach access was great! We loved exploring ocean drive at night, but it was always nice to come back to a quiet hotel at the end of the night.
