Summary: The location is fantastic and amenities as well as the staff all around the hotel was outstanding. However, the hotel is a bit beat up and the AC in the room raises if there is no motion in the room, so it gets pretty warm overnight. We will be back knowing all of this.

Summary: One of the best stays we have had in South Beach! The staff were so nice and friendly! Very accommodating and the valet guys were so welcoming and always giving out waters!! Location... Amazing! Wasn't in the chaos of south beach just a block south. Could easily walk everywhere! Room and Hotel.... awesome!! Very comfortable and clean!!! Gym was nice and bigger than expected! Hotel pool was so nice!! There was plenty of room for all the guests. The pool was clean and looked beautiful! Beach access was great and easy! Got 2 free chairs right on the water. Restaurants were good! Lolos has some amazing margaritas and Mojitos and the food was delicious! Starbucks is right downstairs too! Ended up being a last minute family trip to South Beach and this hotel definitely didn't disappoint! We found the best hotel and will be back!!
