Positive: Location was great and so was the view. The apartment had everything I needed. This was my second time staying there and always looking to come back to stay here because everything is convenient and wonderful.

Positive: The property is in a great location south of Fifth on South Beach. It’s great for families with Big Pink restaurant down the street and the park and beach just a block or two away. Plenty of room for the family. And even beach chairs to use in your room. Lisa the property manager is exceptional! The property contacted us before we travelled with what to do and Lisa met us upon arrival. She was available for any of our questions and supported and helped us throughout our trip, like when I locked our keys in our room. She’s the best! There is a pool on site that the kids love too.

Negative: The furniture is becoming a little dated. But overall it’s clean and comfortable. And you can’t go wrong with this one. The hot tub also didn’t work while we were there.
