Summary: The room was dirty, there were spider webs on the wall. The water knob fell off. The room smelled like smoke and had a strong odor.

Summary: Upon arrival we were greeted by the front desk, polite a little difficult to understand, we got check into our room and he charged us again time even though I paid on Expedia. He did reach out and let us and issue our refund. The room was ok, a bit different than we are used too. We ended up shorting our stay due to the smells in the hallway which made me sick to stomach, they were very accommodating and did agree to the early checkout.
