Negative: The furniture needs to be replaced or severely cleaned. The sleep sofa was so dirty that I didn't feel comfortable sitting on it The furniture in breakfast area was also very dirty and stained. Definitely needs attention. Our room was above the pool so my room had a musty smell.

Negative: Our toilet had not been cleaned for a long time. Our window had a crack and it was holding up with blue painters tape, attempting to block the 1” gap that was open. Very windy the 1st night we were there
