Positive: The concierge and reception staff were excellent, the experience went down hill when we sat in the gardens and wanted to order some drinks and nibbles, we were abruptly told that we would have to move to a different area out of the sunshine, service was slow and at no point did we feel like a valued customer. Evening dinner and breakfast service was similar, slow service, poor communication but reasonable food.

Negative: Slow service and staff who clearly do not value customers.

Summary: Disapointing.
