Summary: Great onsite spa, breakfast was high quality. Also had dinner at the on site restaurant -we went for the alacarte rather than tasting menu. Bedroom window was a little drafty but a reflection of the old historic building, big king-size bed and good amenities. Really enjoyed our stay and will be back again.

Summary: The friendliest hotel I have stayed in, ever. The staff were delightful - hospitable, kind, engaging and very efficient. The hotel fully lives up to its globally iconic location in one of England's most beautiful cities, steeped in history and culture. It was amazing that such a 'top-end' hotel is dog friendly too... We felt very special during our stay and would love to return. Worth every penny...!
