Positive: Location was in neighborhood, quiet not much traffic, after we settled in, the back patio drew us out and we were in another world, beautiful landscape and sky, colorful, desert like area with so many plants and wildlife to watch and enjoy. We saw quail, rabbits, birds, and coyotes and deer. The mountains were beautiful and sunsets and sunrises awesome. Quiet and sereness was nice.

Negative: I was there with my brother to look for a home to buy for me and I knew the cabin just had one room and a sleeper sofa in the living area. I am 73 and smaller than my brother had slept on sofa for five nights. I did not sleep well as the sofa was hard to get comfortable on. I met with our neighbors who were managers and very sweet couple, and they provided more blankets that helped some. I was stressed with worry I might not find a home before I had to return to Texas, and they made our stay pleasant and welcomed. I hope to see them again once I get settled in the home, I was able to find to live in and I am very grateful to them for being so kind.

Positive: The outside sitting area/deck was great. Peaceful location. Very efficient arrangements with host & good communication. Comfortable bed. Well equipped kitchen except Brits like to have a kettle! Generally a very nice apartment.

Negative: Only one shampoo for two people for two days!!

Positive: Nice valley view on a quiet street. The cabin had everything I needed. Lots of lights inside and out. The "great room" and bedroom wall heaters kept the place very warm when desired.

Negative: The "great room" furnishings were very basic and not all that comfortable. Truly, the only thing I took exception to was paying for the room and having to be the clean up crew as well. At none of the many hotels, motels, of B&Bs I've patronized have I ever had to strip the sheets, wash the dishes or take out the trash upon leaving the establishment. Those duties are, in my humble opinion, covered under the cost of the room.

Summary: Janitorial duties notwithstanding, I was well pleased with the Roadrunner cabin>

Positive: The views were amazing! The kichen was well stocked with supplies and the bed was comfortable. It was fun to chat with the neighbors on the sun deck.

Negative: I didnt like that I couldn't bring my little dog with me. The furniture in the living room was a little uncomfortable and there were no lamps, just overhead lights with no dimmer.
