Summary: Great location in the heart of town, close to the metro and many restaurants within walking distance. The only challenge was the family room where the bunk beds are basically in a closet with no air and no windows, paired with a really loud air conditioning. The front desk was very attentive and ready to help when we asked. good experience overall.

Summary: The staff couldn’t be more accommodating. Can not say enough good things about Ashley at the reservation desk to the valet driver and the servers in the restaurant. The room was clean and as advertised. Only negative was no heat in the room on a cold night. Apparently the building runs only heat or air conditioning but not both available. Their heat goes off at beginning of April and we were there on 4/8. However, they did provide us with extra blankets

Summary: Staff was great! Very helpful and nice. Great location, located very close to the Foggy Bottom station. Easy to get to Georgetown and walk to the Lincoln Memorial. The kitchenette could use some updating but had everything we needed for our stay. The King suite was perfect for our family of four.
