Negative: Require 50 USD per night for the car parking in private area. Street parking is free overnight so we had to do that.

Positive: Convenient location; very friendly staff. Restaurant is convenient.

Negative: I was unaware that the non-suite rooms did not have refrigerators and ice machines were not available on the floors. This was a major inconvenience.

Summary: I love the State Plaza; have always had a suite in the past which I loved. No frig/ice in singles.

Positive: Rooms are spacious. Bathroom are bright, comfortable and sparkling clean! Area is convenient and quiet. Hotel common areas a light and airy and welcoming. IT is great to have the option of the kitchen area, although I did not use.

Negative: Have stayed here many times and the rates can vary substantially
