Positive: The room was spotlessly clean, the bed very comfortable and the view panoramic. The staff were excellent.

Negative: Unfortunately we had two separate issues with the food, where the plates should never have left the kitchen, which is not what we expect from the Ritz, and it let down the rest of the team. However, our complaints were escalated to senior management and dealt with professionally and with sincere apologies.

Summary: Great hotel, shame the food service let it down
