Summary: Did it deliver at nearly $1000 a night…. Nah, not really. Nice place just for a grand a night my expectations are high. Clean, everyone was nice, everything worked… hair in the tub, just one but like I say at $1000 my eyes are looking for stuff. If it was $500 a night, I’d not even notice or just put it in the trash. I’ve worked in hotels 30 years. GM for 20 plus at a small place with a $500 ADR. I know how to adjust expectations to value. I also know the pain of a meh review. So I’m sorry.

Summary: Came here over New Years to celebrate an anniversary with my husband. We ate at Core for the New Year’s Eve 5 course menu. Quality and taste was terrible. Servers not trained well but friendly. We did like the wagyu course. Not worth $600. Pool was nice and relaxing. Not enough servers, drink and food orders took a long time. Pool in the evening is a huge mess, nobody cleans up cups and towels until the next morning. We really enjoyed eating at Ignite. Sushi rolls were incredible. Drinks were strong and delicious. Hotel rooms are a little tired and need to be updated. Disappointed with how scratchy the bed sheets were. I thought this was the Ritz?? Beds were hard, we slept horribly. We enjoyed our stay but this did not feel like the Ritz. Poorly trained employees, awful room service, seemed equal to a cheap all inclusive resort. Will stay at the Four Seasons next time.
