Summary: The retreat was perfect in every way the view from the front windows of the river exiting the lake with all the activity going on was in intoxicating and the whole house met our needs to be above and beyond. I would recommend this place to anyone who was in this area.

Summary: Magnificent location, spacious living quarters for a family of four. Water is right outside with sailboats gliding across the water. Quiet yet close to the happenings in town. Wish we had at least another day to stay in this beautiful chalet. We loved Taupo!

Summary: This place is amazing! Such a beautiful, quiet location with great views of Lake Taupo. Our chalet was very clean and comfortable. The hosts, Annie and Mike, were extremely helpful and welcoming. I highly recommend staying here.
