Positive: The room and gardens were beautiful and so peaceful. Peter and Sandy were excellent hosts, informative and unobtrusive, and very helpful with a number of questions I had about things. They were available when needed and left us alone otherwise. Because I didn’t book through their website (I recommend booking through their website in future) I didn’t realise they offered breakfast and dinner, and could accommodate my dietary preferences with notice. They were very accommodating. It was a romantic getaway for us, and it was perfect.

Negative: We liked everything about The Retreat at Froog Moore Park. We highly recommend it

Positive: We stayed in the Tribal Room, which was beautifully designed, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. Breakfast was outstanding, thoughtfully prepared by Sandy and graciously served by Peter. A walk through the gardens added to the experience, offering a truly tranquil atmosphere. The location is also excellent, providing both convenience and peace. I highly recommend Froog Moore Retreat for an exceptional stay.

Positive: We stayed at Froog More Park on our return journey from attending my dear father's funeral. It was so nice to be greeted with a friendly face upon arrival. Our room was very clean and comfortable with plenty of room for two people. There was a door that opened out onto the lovely garden, with a table and chairs (& ashtray)great for a smoker like myself, and far enough away from the rooms as to not offend non smokers. Our meals were five stars, as was the service. Would definitely stay there again.

Negative: There wasn't anything that we could fault.

Positive: How unexpectedly eccentric- in a great way! A visual feast indeed. And the outdoors section was extensive and quiet. Loved the breakfast that was additional, but special attention to detail and not your normal expected breakfast made this stand out.
