Be our guest at the beautiful ResidenZ at Bavarian Inn, an estate home accommodating up to 16 people and located just steps over the wooden covered bridge to all Frankenmuth offers. The ResidenZ offers five bedrooms that sleep up to 14 guests with an additional sofa sleeper for a total count of 16. In addition, there are five full bathrooms (two with a jacuzzi tub). Complimentary Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washer & dryer with laundry soap, irons & ironing boards, linens & towels, and hairdryers are just some of the additional amenities offered.
While in Frankenmuth, we are sure you will want to experience world-famous dining at the Bavarian Inn Restaurant, but when at the estate, you will have a well-equipped kitchen to create family dinners during your stay. A stove, microwave, pots, pans (including cooking and baking pans), blender, bowls, and platters for serving, utensils, coffee maker (combination drip and Keurig machine, filters not included), wine and pint glasses, and more are provided. The stunning vaulted ceiling dining room is the perfect gathering spot for special meals. A maximum of 16 guests are allowed on the property during your booking unless special arrangements and approval are granted in your booking agreement. Any gatherings or events over 16 guests will incur additional charges and are subject to special event policies and procedures.
The main level has the master king bedroom and two additional bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with two queen beds. The second floor has two bedrooms, one king room and one room with two queen beds, and a loft area featuring a sofa sleeper.

Summary: We came with our children and grandchildren to go to the waterpark. This house was perfect instead of individual hotel rooms. It gave us the areas we needed to visit together when we were not at the waterpark.

Summary: We rented this property for our annual cousin's NYE vacation. We are four families of four with kids ranging from 6 y.o. to 14 y.o. This is our second year staying at the house, and we just love it. Lots of large spaces for us to gather and be together, as well as plenty of private and sleeping places to get away to. Great location close to downtown Frankenmuth (directly behind River Place Shops). We spent a day at Splash Village Waterpark and then another day playing and shopping at the Bavarian Inn. Highly recommend for large family gatherings!

Summary: This home is absolutely stunning! Everything was perfect and the attention to detail was absolutely noticed. From the 2 decorated xmas trees to each bedroom having a fan and individual air units available for use. We brought all 3 of our adult children and their spouses in for the holidays. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. They loved it so much, they have asked if we can make it a tradition.

Summary: We were amazed at the spaciousness of this home. The 2 gathering areas were perfect for our group and provided breakoff areas for small groups to gather. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. We would definitely return to this home.

Summary: This property is close to everything so we could walk to town. The home was perfect for our family, 8 gathered here and everyone had comfortable rooms, great privacy. Downstairs 2 bedrooms were a little warm but otherwise perfect. We had 2 who loved cooking so for our 5 day stay we enjoyed family meals.The Christmas Trees were gorgeous! We met 25 extended family in town for Thanksgiving dinner. Everyone is eager to do it again!
