Summary: Great location. Close to grocery, drug store gas station,restaurant and shopping. Kitchen was very spacious as well as dining room. Plenty of seating in living room, although tight space. The remote for the living room tv was missing, so we used the one from the bedroom, minor inconvenience.parking in the garage was a perk. The house could use some TLC. Nothing major, replace lightbulbs, patching and painting and a good deep clean, including window washing.Should mention in listing that the stairs to upper floor are very steep and narrow. Hard to navigate with luggage. Not good for older guests.There are 4 bedrooms upstairs which did not have heat. This is a very old house that is being heated by radiators. There was one radiator in the hallway for all upstairs bedrooms and bath. It was down in the thirties during our visit and was extremely cold, it's probably inhabitable during winter weather. We tried cranking up the thermostat but all it did was make the downstairs hotter. There were a several small heaters that we were Advised to use, only 2 worked and we were not comfortable leaving them on all night. There are also window air conditioners installed that allowed cold air in. On our last night, the radiators clanked very loudly all night,every 15 minutes. No sleep for anyone! Kaely was very responsive, but didn't have any satisfactory solutions. If they are hoping for returning guests, it's time to invest in central heat and air conditioning. Disappointing.
