Negative: Very hot rooms, the rooms had Dyson fans but still extremely hot. The coffee machine didn’t work, the staff came up to look and it still didn’t work. The toiletries supplied were not very full - the body moisturiser cream pot didn’t even work. We had to ask for a new toilet roll as we had been left with a half used one. Just little things that if put right would make a more enjoyable stay.
