Negative: The first room I was allocated was very smokey when I arrived, partially open window above, I guess, the smoking area. The staff quickly swapped rooms though so can't criticise.

Positive: The staff were great, room was lovely and everyone was friendly.

Negative: I stayed there for 8 nights the bin didn't get empty once the whole time I was there. Had to ask for toilet rolls. The food was great but not enough choice for vegetarians.

Negative: My room was cold when I went in, when I queried it with the desk found out it was timed. Wanted a snack tea as I’d eaten at lunchtime and although mentioned in brochure none were available only a 3 course menu. Breakfast was standard but a little cold, it was edible.staff seemed approachable
