Summary: Not very clean and dated. Window had a whole in it - which did not make it any cooler - it was like a sauna.

Summary: Dated and very strange layout, up and down multiple stairs to get to my room. X3 coach parties there during my stay so no bar meals only buffet in restaurant. Had to time it right at breakfast and dinner otherwise you would be queuing for ages!

Summary: Check in was great & the hotel staff were very helpful & polite. We booked 2 standard rooms & they were very basic inside. The rooms desperately need updating, it is such a shame because if money was spent on the hotel it could be incredible. The gardens & outside space is great. When waking up Saturday Morning 23rd May we heard a loud bang outside our window then the whole hotel lost power. This was a complete pain as we couldn't shower or flush the toilets as we lost water as well. Sadly we would NOT stay at this hotel again until it was refurbished it felt very tired & unloved.
