Positive: Beautiful apartment in a very quiet area, just steps from Portobello Market and Notting Hill. Plenty of restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and transport links nearby. The best feature: it has two bathrooms, which is perfect for families. Excellent value for money. We had a small issue with the electricity, but it was quickly and kindly resolved by the management staff (thank you Abi!). Highly recommended, especially for families.

Negative: The apartment was stuffy but London was experiencing high temps. There was only one key which made it problematic for our party to split up.

Positive: The interiors and facilities were very good Location was good, 15min walks to either station. .

Negative: Only one minor thing, it should be mentioned that the bedroom windows are facing the railway tracks. In summers it might be difficult to keep the windows open at night since it becomes very loud.

Positive: the apartment was amazing, very modern very clean very comfortable beds both bathrooms were excellent issue we had within the apartment was quickly sorted management team available by phone

Negative: the location was a long walk from tube station [ ended up using the local taxi to and from ] busy train line under the bedroom window which could be heard through the night

Positive: The property was spotlessly clean. Great location for our trip and close to Paddington. Little touches like the complementary snacks and excellent facilities made such a difference.

Negative: Nothing much to dislike. Building work going on at the moment outside but that’s not the apartments issue. Didn’t really affect us.

Summary: Beautiful apartment. Excellent top of the range facilities. Beds were so comfortable with extra mattress toppers on too.

Positive: Lovely, modern apartment in a central part of London. Very easy to get trains and buses to most parts of London. The owner accommodated us leaving later than expected which was very kind.

Positive: Clean and tidy apt. Heater function is good esp. in winter which is very important. The laundry functions well. Spacious bedrooms and living room. Swift replies from the customer service if I have any problem.

Negative: The location is a little bit far from the underground. Do not have supermarket nearby. If the rubbish bin in the apt is bigger will be much better.
