Positive: Unique, charming, only 4 units with private outdoor space, and staff was very accommodating. Restaurants and entertainment were only 3 blocks away… very walkable not hilly.

Summary: Good balance of activities and entertainment for everyone with a small town feel. Wonderful!!!

Positive: Everything! My queen studio casita was lovely; it felt like a little home, not a hotel room.

Positive: We really enjoyed the location, being close walking distance from Sprout’s and not much further was the downtown area and we loved that. I loved the outdoor patio area and that there were laundry machines (even though we were so busy we didn’t get a chance to try them out) they had everything that you needed for a home away from home.

Negative: This could just be a me thing, but since I was busy going in and out of the property so much, I was worried that I was waking people up opening the gates multiple times. They were a bit loud and creaky, but other than that everything was perfect. And again, it could just be a me thing overthinking that I made too much noise coming and going through the gates

Positive: The location was 3 blocks to downtown Prescott. So very convenient to walk there and enjoy all that downtown has to offer. The historical town was so much fun with old saloons, taverns, shopping, restaurants and so much more. If you are not into walking, parking was a breeze.

Negative: I can't think of anything.

Summary: This was a last minute gem that we found, couldn't have been happier.

Positive: Super charming historic apartment! The courtyard with pond and fountain is really pretty, and the enclosed yard for the dogs is a great bonus! We also loved that there was a combo lock on the door so we didn't need to meet anyone for keys!

Positive: This place is amazing! We stayed for 3 nights and absolutely loved it and want to come back again. Everything about the place is fantastic! Beautiful Southwestern decor. Plenty of room and everything you need in the kitchen. Great shower with plenty of hot water and very nice soaker tub. Beds are cozy and comfortable. The entire place was very clean! Really loved sitting outside and enjoying the tranquil setting. Very easy walk to downtown Prescott. This will be our go to place anytime we visit Prescott...that is if it's available. When people find out how nice it is, it may be hard to get availability. You won't be disappointed. I've stayed in many AirBNB's and this is now one of my favorites!

Negative: Creamer and sugar for coffee would have been nice, but certainly not a deal breaker at all. Had everything else we could possibly need!

Summary: Gorgeous Southwestern Stay In Tranquil setting. Easy walk to downtown Prescott.

Positive: Absolutely perfect accommodation. Kitchen well supplied, king bed extremely comfortable master bedroom with roll down blackout Shades dark and quiet at night. All furnishings comfortable, fantastic location, very responsive and friendly host, easy check in, peaceful lovely yard with pond and wonderful shady area to hang out as well as shared backyard at the rear of the property. Have rented all over the world and rarely found such wonderful and easy to use cable with free movie channels or sign on with your account. Parking was easy on the street we're able to park in the exact same spot during our entire 4-day stay. Walk to restaurants, sprouts and Town Square. Lots of hot water, comfortable bathroom. Can't say enough about this wonderful property and it's host. Will definitely go again.
