Positive: The house is clean, comfortable and has everything you need for your stay. The location is good to get into the old town as there are excellent bus services. The parking is free but it's on the road. Our host was lovely, and available if we needed them.

Negative: There are a few too many rules published around the stay but I can understand that they are a gentle reminder to treat the place with respect. I wasn't aware the stay was not self-contained as it doesn't specify in the booking publishing but that said we didn't see alot of the other guests.

Positive: It is a very nice and quiet neighbourhood (despite being close to the airport). Everything you need for a good night's sleep and a simple meal. There are several shops nearby where you can stock up on essentials for your morning breakfast. The distance to the city centre is acceptable. Very good communication with the owners.

Negative: Even though parking is free, it's not always right next to the building. But that's not really a big problem.

Negative: Lot of rules. Printouts hung everywhere: don't do this, don't do that, clean it up, leave 50 cents for a cup of coffee, leave your footwear outside etc

Positive: Beautifully, clean, quiet apartment. We had the 2nd floor to ourselves & it was perfect for our family. The bathroom was clean and a perfect size. The shared living room and kitchen were great. Beds were very comfortable and the rooms spacious. We had two teens and they had plenty of room in the Golden Room to hang out and not be on top of each other. Perfect alternative to tight hotel room.

Negative: Be ready to hunt for street parking if you are driving a car.

Positive: We were family of 4 and we got the top floor, bathroom in the hallway so it was nice. Kitchen is spacious and it offers everything u need to cook.

Negative: We were surprised that we would share with some other guests in the same house.
