Positive: House is very clean. Quite location. Huge kitchen for our family and friends. Perfect for groups. Host is very accomodating. communication with him is easy. Very responsive and understanding. Free parking space. We enjoyed our stay!

Positive: It was very clean. The garden was lovely. Kitchen was well appointed. The bedrooms were large. Bathrooms on the floor of the bedrooms. And the separate toilet and shower room. Seating area in kitchen was nice. Close to bus stop.

Negative: Two bedrooms were up on top floor with steep narrow stairs. Directions for coffee maker needed. That we were asked to put in 50 cents for each coffee when the host said it was provided. The bedding was pretty rough on a couple of the beds. Location says near the airport but it was actually near the runway with large jets coming and going. Took some serious getting used to. The biggest issue was that I had reserved a private home but when we arrived the host said he was living in the house with us. As a group of women we were not exactly comfortable with the arrangement as we had no privacy in the main part of the house except bedrooms. On our last day another man walked into the front door using keys while we were still there. When I talked to the host he said he was the cleaners but it was creepy, and unfortunately we could not communicate with him. Not a great way to leave, as we just left the house immediately.

Positive: The owner waited for us. Saman is incredible. He not only went from room to room to show us his property, he spent additional time with us to explain how to move around the city, different restaurants, key places to visit,how to get to additional places outside the city. The home was impeccable. We were a group of 3 couples and all felt welcomed.

Negative: This is a great place and I will use it again. Saman was wonderful. I would only suggest new bed sheets with regular- size pillows and pillow- cases.

Positive: We had a fantastic stay at this property. It's very easy to reach by bus, and there's ample parking available. We often used the bus to get to the city center since parking there can be challenging. The host was incredibly helpful and communicative throughout our stay, even accommodating our late-night check-in. He provided excellent recommendations and even prepared a basket of snacks with two bottles of champagne, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The location is excellent, and the property was spotless. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the bathrooms were well stocked with all necessary supplies. Our group of 10, including 2 kids, stayed comfortably. We would definitely recommend this place for larger groups and will surely return if we're in the area again.

Positive: The host was very helpful and very communicative for the entire time we stayed till we checked in, even when we checked in late at night. The location was great and property was very clean. Kitchen was very well equipped. Bathrooms were also very well stocked with all the supplies. We will definitely recommend this place to a larger group. There were 11 of us including 5 kids and stayed comfortably. If we come back too, we will definitely come back to this place.
