Summary: Not very diver friendly but great place to stay at.

Summary: We couldn’t reach the hotel front desk when we needed some first aid- ice when I was burned by hot coffee from in in room coffee maker. Also, the toilet was clogged & they didn’t have anyone available to fix it

Summary: The staff was very unorganized. Housekeeping came 2 days early to ask if we were checking out. Front desk told us that the Bison tour was closed for the season. After leaving early, the front desk called us if we were going to check out.

Summary: The Pavilion Hotel is my favorite place to stay on Catalina Island. It is right on the main boardwalk, overlooking the water, with easy access to all shops and restaurants. The grounds are beautiful with lounge chairs around a beautiful garden, a fire pit and tables with chairs to sit and relax. They have a daily happy hour which includes a complimentary glass of wine with cheese and crackers. The staff are all very nice and helpful. I can't imagine staying anywhere else in Avalon.
