Summary: Great peaceful place to stay in a mountain top, short walk to downtown (it’s on an uphill but they have shuttle you could just call at anytime). Overall it was an excellent family stay.

Summary: A cool place up in the canyon not too far from the water. It's a little walk to go up and down, but not bad. There is free service to and from the downtown, as well as to the pier, but was not aware until we got there. The service to and from downtown is not consistent, and although the front desk gives you a # to call the driver when needed, he/they never answered the phone. They just showed up whenever. The wait could be long than 15 min, so be prepared or walk. Always good to catch the last ride up. When it was mentioned to who.e er was at the front desk about the driver and not being able to get ahold of him they just shrugged and gave a standard answer of he will be here. As far as the hotel itself. Be aware that "heated" pool means 75 degrees. Which is not very heated, even in the middle of the day. Wish there were a couple of hot tubs. The rooms were nice. As stated, the hotel itself is nice, peaceful and pretty. Just wish there was better communication. I would recommend it knowing what I know.

Summary: The rooms are on the smaller side and not the cleanest. Location is rough. If you are on a part of the island where the shuttle does not go you have to walk up a giant hill to get to the hotel.

Summary: Although we did not fully utilize the hotel's amenities, we did enjoy our stay. Our room was clean and spacious. Hotel staff were friendly, helpful and courteous. Shuttle service was useful and appreciated.

Summary: Lady at the front desk was very nice. We went to check-in before check-in time and since our room was not ready she upgraded our room and got us in right away. Room and beds were clean, comfortable and nice. We ate at the restaurant multiple times and food and service was excellent.
