Positive: Fab location not far from everything 👌 very peaceful and quiet, owners were super friendly and helpful both extremely knowledgeable of the area and beyond, if you aren't lucky enough to meet the hosts as they work long hours and super busy with the horses there is a book loaded with leflets and information on the dining table, they even left essentials such as milk, bread even a Terry's chocolate orange 😁👍

Positive: It was situated in a very peaceful location and within easy driving distance to Alloa, where you could easily park and get the train to Stirling, Glasgow or Edinburgh (and a return was cheap). Only neighbours to worry about were the ones that neighed. Stephen was an exceptional host where nothing was too much trouble. Thoroughly recommend.

Positive: Beautiful views. Comfortable lodge with extremely well equipped kitchen and very clean. Enjoyed watching all the horses and getting the chance to meet a beautiful, friendly stallion in the field in front of the lodge.
