Positive: Peaceful. Locals were nice.

Negative: Could do with a doorbell. I missed a delivery. Didn't hear the chap on the door.

Summary: Very satisfied with my stay. The outside of the building doesn't do justice to the inner comfort.

Negative: No obscure film on bathroom open onto the street. Alarm went off over night in ground floor property and letter couldn't sort it for 16hours. Neighbours hammered on their door for 2hrs and call in the police

Positive: Although it is a small property, it has a separate living room to relax in the evening and a comfy bed to sleep in, so comfy that we slept in later than we wanted to on departure day. It has plenty of facilities if you want to cater for yourselves, but it also has a couple of great takeaways down the street if preferred. There was plenty of parking spaces outside on the street so no issues there.

Negative: The property is single glazed which resulted in hearing a lot of outside noise in the evening. This was exacerbated by it being windy and the tarpaulin around the clock tower was flapping around a lot. We didn't hear much when we were trying to sleep, so that was fine.

Summary: Great place to use as a base to explore the area.
