Positive: Location very good, metro few meters as well as main street with shop and restaurants and bars.

Negative: It was a little cramped with the luggage but we were still able to open 2 suitcases so quite good actually

Positive: The location is close to not only a good metro line, but also a supermarket, a Sukiyaki restaurant, and a drug store as well as two conbinis. The apartment itself had the bare basics covered, and daily trash pick-up meant not having to worry about collection dates or the sort. The balcony door had a big bug-screen installed on one side so it could be opened without worrying about tiny visitors coming in. There was a washing machine with detergent supplied, so no worries there either. Sound-proofing was good, WiFi worked well. Each floor has a communal vacuum for floor cleaning.

Negative: My apartment had no turning plate in the microwave, nor any bowls, so that made cooking complicated. The balcony was the only option for drying laundry, so once I hit a rainy day that became a problem, and there were no clothes-pegs provided. Also; there is no elevator, which was an annoyance since I had suitcases. Aside from one small desk and closet there is no storage, so a lot of my items just ended up on the floor or in the kitchen.

Summary: Excellent for those wanting a quiet place to stay, but may need to buy a few items for comfort.

Positive: I like this property a lot!!! It’s just 2 minutes walk to the nearest metro station higashi koenji. And this metro is just 25 minutes to tokyo station!! This property has COMPLETE facilities, private bathroom and shower+bathtub, washing machine, balcony to dry your clothes, open wardrobe (limited space), induction cooker with hood, they even provide utensils (plates bowl cup fork spoon), towels, new toothbrush set, tatami set, hairdryer and water heater. I also like the fact that its self check in check out. The owner also is very fast to respond to my questions. I definitely will repeat again here for my next trip in tokyo!!!

Negative: Theres only 1 pillow provided for each mattress. Hope theres extra pillow provide as well cos the mattress is a bit thin. Also if theres a lift that would be wonderful

Summary: Im so sooo satisfied and happy staying here very very convenient with the offered price. Hope they maintain the price 🥹

Positive: 2mins walk to the train station and quiet as the property is set in from the main road.

Negative: Check in procedure was not smooth. PIN didn’t work. Tried messaging via booking.com and calling the number given for 30mins and clock was approaching 5.30pm. No one replied till almost 5.45pm. Reply was I had keyed in an incorrect PIN and that “someone” will come to assist. No one turned up but the next reply came the PIN was reset. I was then able to enter. Maybe good to have someone on standby to fix PIN issues. I was at the verge of booking another accommodation considering it was almost dark. Not a welcoming experience.

Summary: Ok but make sure you give enough time from 3pm, when the PIN is issued, to resolve any PIN error.

Positive: Location! Location! Location! This is one of our good stays in Tokyo. Its literally a few steps away from a subway station in a relatively quiet residential area. Many convenience stores, izakaya, and small restaurants nearby. Perfect for the genuine Japan experience!

Negative: As with many places in Tokyo, the room is small. It also does not have a lift so if you have large luggage like we did, you will have to carry them up the stairs. Also, during our long stay, our room was not cleaned so be ready for that as well.

Negative: There is something wrong with the door which is so difficult to open and close. The washing machine is leaking. We had to meet the housekeeper for supply of toilet tissues.

Positive: It was located very close to the subway, only 15 minutes away from Shinjuku and 30 minutes away from Shibuya. It felt very convenient and easy to travel to the main tourist destinations. My girlfriend and I went to Tokyo Disney and it was very easy to travel there as well!

Negative: No dislikes at all!

Summary: We felt very comfortable during our stay and the amount of affordable food options was perfect.
