Positive: Convenient location close to the Nakano train station and lots of restaurant and small shops in the surrounding area. Very nice quiet and safe neighborhood. We really like the design of the house. It was spacious, very clean and lots of amenities. Beds were comfortable, AC worked well. The bathrooms and shower rooms are next level. Would definitely stay again.

Negative: The internet was spotty and slow, but we were still able to manage.

Positive: We really enjoyed the space itself, very minimal and tasteful decorations and lots of areas for people to go off and be in their own space. The property manager was very quick to respond to questions.

Negative: I really wish the wifi was better. We had people working from the property and there were dead spots in the room, and when we were able to get a signal, it was often times slow.

Summary: I would stay here again as the area was really interesting, I just wish the wifi was more reliable.

Positive: Excellent location with just a 5-10 mins walk to closest station and heaps of restaurant, beauty salons, supermarkets and convenient stores. Property itself is a two bedrooms serviced apartment , hence there’s ample space, updated facilities and well equipped kitchen for a family for a short term stay.

Negative: Tucked amongst a busy shopping street, meaning a HIGH traffic of pedestrians, bicycles and cars. Soundproofing is quite bad, as we could hear loud drunks at midnight yelling, constructions workers hammering away, children next door crying, every single people who stepped/drove pass the uneven concrete road during day and night to a point that was so annoying as we literally can’t do anything to stop the noise when trying to get a toddler down for a nap. :/ That’s was the only down side for us.
