Summary: We loved pretty much everything about this hotel: the décor, the design of the bedroom, the helpful staff, the dining facilities, and of course the amazing views across the city. I have stayed at very many hotels, and this is one of the best!

Summary: My wife and I stayed at the newly renovated Park Hyatt in February 2026. The hotel amenities, room, and staff were amazing, but there was one major issue. My wife got food poisoning from the hotel breakfast the morning of our checkout. We contacted the hotel and they seemed very concerned and called us several days in a row to check on my wife’s condition. After 2 days of severe illness her health returned to normal. However, the Park Hyatt did not offer any kind of compensation for this serious problem. For $1200 a night I expected more from this hotel.

Summary: I love the Tokyo Park Hyatt! The staff are excellent. During our recent stay, Ms. Fox was incredibly kind and gracious (as was the person who waited on us in the NY Bar) in making sure this was a memorable experience.

Summary: A great place and rare roomy in a city like Tokyo, only thing is you might need to walk a bit everyday if you need to ride subways on daily basis, they do have shuttle services every 30min. But sometimes you would rather walk instead of waiting. However, that isn’t much of a problem. Staff are always nice and courteous, helpful. Clean room, amazing view to see Mount Fuji from far, when sky clear in the morning, it is beautiful!
