Summary: Luxury stay close to Shinjuku. Amazing view. Fantastic service. Only downside is that the on-site restaurants need to be booked in advance, depending on the season.

Summary: We stayed there for 3 nights and got an upgrade to a suite. Thank you so much! The service was fantastic. The choice at the breakfast buffet was huge and there is certainly something for everyone. Opposite the hotel is a huge park with a very large playground. Our children loved it and still talk about the big playground every day. We can highly recommend this hotel, in particular it is very child-friendly and all wishes are fulfilled. Will stay here again for sure!

Summary: This hotel is showing its age, but will soon shut down for a refurbishment. Despite parts already closed, such as the famous New York bar, the hotel won us over with the staff's excellent attention to detail and helpfulness. Nothing beats the views, food, and class of this place, even as the furniture is definitely starting to look 20 years old.
