Positive: Quick check in - we arrived earlier and were allowed to check in earlier as the room was ready. Big room. Good quality shampoo and conditioner. Location!

Negative: There is nobody at the front desk - you have to call or message in whatsapp when you need anything. No breakfast is offered but that's not a big deal as there are awesome places to eat steps from the hotel. e.g. Tostado.

Summary: Great hotel in a good location. We liked everything and would stay there again.

Negative: Not once was the room cleaned or fresh towels or linens provided. Also AC was high and could not regulate and tv did not work.

Summary: For a business trip it was ok.

Negative: Housekeeping was non existent for me, even after I requested
