Positive: Beautiful cottage in a lovely friendly village. Hotel in the village that serves good food. Fantastic views, walking, and only 5 mins drive to Bakewell.

Negative: Struggled a little with using the heating in the cottage. TV difficult to use. (could be user ineptitude)

The accommodation was clean and comfortable in a stunning location. The host was helpful, accommodating and friendly. We loved our stay, a great location from which to explore the Peak District.

Positive: The staff were great, very accommodating for an extra need and great knowledge of the surrounding area. I have high cleanliness standards, which were met! Lovely gift basket at the start with a thoughtful treat for our dog, thank you! Loved the instant hot water, enough to fill the huge bath.
