Summary: Lovely welcome. Room was very clean. Plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. Good choice at breakfast, it was all freshly cooked. We ate dinner both nights, food was excellent and reasonably priced. Beautiful view over The Dale's. Wednesday night was pie and quiz night. Which was entertaining. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Summary: We stayed just the one night, it was a comfortable room and a large comfy bed with a fantastic view! A powerful shower with huge towels provided, it was a great way to start your day. An included cooked breakfast set us up for the day. Staff were most helpful and very friendly, nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely stay here again if in the area,

Breakfast was freshly cooked and plentiful, and the bar was well stocked with a good choice of beers, offering a range of classic pub fayre. The rooms and bathroom were spotless.
