Positive: They cleaners did not clean things properly like the oven and bed rooms had a lot of webs and dust left plus the out of 2 showers that was there we could only use 1 as the water pressure was bad in the other one and the nobs to turn the water was missing other than that it was good stay lovely home

Negative: Getting the house to stay at a good temperature, the WiFi was a bit on & off.

Positive: Great location for Alton towers, just a short walk away to the entrance. Great space inside for a family of 8 and good space outside for the kids to run around. Was perfect for a family break and loved our stay.

Negative: The location couldn't have been better for Alton Towers. It was great for a large group. The garden was great for the kids to play and the living room was big enough for all 12 of us to sit in all together. It was just a really nice place with everything you could need.
