Positive: Easy access into the property via the key safe box. Open plan living, large gable end window with a southern aspect providing great views over the area and out to sea. The central island provides the focal point in the living area with the TV contained within one side which makes best use of the space. The showers are good and have a modern electronic control allowing for easy use, and temperature control. Induction hob for cooking, and continuous hot water available through the "quooker" tap. no kettle needed! Very clean throughout, and we would like to return again in the warmer months, as visit made over Xmas period with views limited due to the bad weather with low cloud prevalent for the whole stay.

Negative: The only issue, which to be fair is not a showstopper is that if the main route to the property is through Mabe Burnthouse village and up Trenoweth Lane, it means that you need to turn the car around to get the right angle to go through the access gate. There is room to do this at the end of the adjacent property's driveway, and the access road is a quiet lane. .

Summary: A great place to stay, with excellent views from first floor open plan living space.

Positive: Lovely little get away. Very clean and comfortable. The shower was incredible and the beds so cozy!

Negative: Would have liked a lock on the bathroom and some information about the area, what to do with the bins etc.

Summary: So lovely would stay again!

Positive: Building is Una Apartments. The apartment feels newly built / decorated and the whole building seems in good condition. Apartment was very clean, didn't smell of smoke or anything. Photos are accurate. Nice big pool. Gym seemed decent too. There's a downstairs area with places you could sit with a laptop, or some things like a pool table. I stayed there because I had friends living nearby. Otherwise fine and safe, and can walk around the area fine, but not exciting and you need a car.

Negative: I didn't sleep well. I think mostly due to the really hard mattress (and generally I'm ok with quite firm ones). Also noise insulation wasn't great, but I don't think it was really an issue. Fix the bed and it would be a lot higher. Otherwise good place. Checkin is quite late and they even made it later for me (16:30). Then checkin is self checkin via the building reception, which is fine, but it was a faff as reception needed to call them and they didn't pick up, my access cards didn't work etc. Even before that there was an annoying online form to fill in. How much this annoys you is personal, but there's a lot of aparthotels in Dubai that wouldn't have these issues.
