Negative: Argal is a great holiday stay. If you need to work remotely during your holiday, you will need to rent a co-work place (there are 3 nearby), I recommend the Waterside co-working in Penryn

Positive: Good location and liked the enclosed dog area. Good facilities but shame extra charges applied. Liked the cake,biscuits and milk thank you

Negative: It could be an exceptional property but does need some TLC- eg only 4 of each crockery/cutlery when property is for 4 people, handles missing from wardrobes/drawers, bulbs needed replacing. Would have been helpful to have had an information pack

Positive: Location is lovely, nice and quiet. Nice walks nearby including a lake 5 minutes from the property. Ample parking. Short drive to Falmouth town centre and beaches. Owner very friendly.

Negative: Basic supplies were missing on arrival but this was an oversight and was corrected quickly. Could use one more arm chair
