Positive: Lovely flat, well stocked, warm & cosy, and spotlessly clean. Comfy bed too!! Very quiet street, close to the centre. Easy to follow instructions from host Emma, who was very friendly and helpful. It was a great base for us at a fabulous price.

Positive: Fantastic little place, really clean and the perfect location for our needs. Host was brilliant! Let me stay beyond the official checkout time to finish what I was doing. We'll most certainly be back!

Negative: Tiny gripes: no end tables to place a glass or cup. A little nest of tables would fit at the end of the sofa so that they could be brought out and put away as needed. We found the bed a little uncomfortable, but that may be a reflection of what we're used to at home - pocket sprung king size with feather topper!!

Positive: The apartment is warm, cosy and comfortable. Very clean and well equipped. The owner is friendly, kind and helpful. Lovely walking paths everywhere and only a few minutes walk to a couple of supermarkets and 10 minutes to the train station. Good value for money. Would definitely love to stay again if back in Scotland.

Positive: Fabulous! Really clean, tidy, well decorated. An ideal base in the Livingston area. Emma (the lady we dealt with ) was extremely helpful. Would love to stay again.
