Positive: There was a small shop close by which was very convenient. We were lucky to get a parking space right in front of the house.

Negative: There was loud music on Saturday probably from one of the neighbours, but Sunday night was fine. One of the bedrooms was also affected by car traffic.

Summary: It was comfortable for our needs for a two night stay and Edinburgh was close.

Positive: The bedrooms were lovely and the beds were very comfortable and we had a great sleep.

Negative: The outside bins were full and there were cigarette buts in the garden. Also the kitchen tap was leaking.

Positive: Cleanliness, quiet location, and neighbours. The bedding felt a lot better quality than what you usually would get along with a nice hot shower and a well central heated house.

Negative: Minor niggle stone steps up to the house are a little slippy in the colder months, and the on-street parking, but to be honest, never had a problem parking.
