Summary: The pool was nice, but the rooms were dirty, they are in need of repairs. We stayed on the beachfront side and the people trashed the beach/lawn every night. We would wake up with the trash cans overflowing with food and birds/bugs all over. The staff did come and clean but the people were not respectful of the place. It was also very loud. We were on the ground level and the people above us were running around the room at 2am everynight. We had to call the front desk. We ended up getting a stomach bug our last day and that sums up the cleanliness of the room.

Summary: We always stay at The Nautical in Havasu. The pointe side has great water access. It’s perfect if you have a dog with you. My only issue is that side needs a reno like the other parts of the property, especially the carpet needs to be replaced.

Summary: This is the place to stay!!! You can park your boat right on the beach in front of your room. Chill on the beach and have a night swim. Staff are great and your minutes from cute restaurants on the water.

Summary: Place was nice but the service isn’t that good. My room wasn’t available until almost two hours after there posted check in time which was really an inconvenience for my family.

Summary: It was super good me and my family was here for one night we all did love the pool and the Bech!!! The only problem was we came 12 a clock but they did not gig us the room until 18, plus we did not get a late check out.
