- Renters must be 25 at the time of booking. Renters under 25 must be pre-approved and are subject to the collection of a $750 security deposit.

- Because of enhanced cleaning, early check-ins and late check-outs are typically not available
- *Pool can be heated for an additional fee, with a 3 consecutive day minimum.
