Negative: Management of unit was unacceptable. Message re change of unit from 205 to 104 should have been Emailed rather than posted to account. Also passcode for wifi was not provided. We were unable to contact property management at the link and phone number provided

Positive: It is located in a neighborhood where you can feel the real Japanese residential area, and there are cafes, delicious restaurants, and grocery stores nearby, and it is very convenient because it is near Shinjuku, Shibuya, and Harajuku and there are two subway lines. I stayed with my child. The room was very clean and cozy. The guest responded right away and tried to help me and my family. Thank you very much. This is a residential area where you can feel Japan. I really recommend it.

Positive: Stayed in the room for two weeks, while we look for our own apartment in the area. We stayed with a baby and it was great to stay in a clean accommodation with a laundry machine and a kitchen! Definitely better than staying in a tiny hotel in Shinjuku/shibuya area.

Negative: You have to dry the laundry in the shower room, which smelt sour a little bit.
