Positive: The room and the AC is what we liked the most because the hot weather in Tokyo is nothing to talk about. The AC was a lifesaver.

Negative: Even though the location is not too far from downtown, the premise requires walking from both train and bus. When you are tired after a long day of walking around the city, the walk to home from the station and up 4 stories is not fun.

Positive: The unit is clean and well kept. Easy to locate and accessible by train. 7 eleven convenience store is near. Bathroom amenities is well stocked. Entry is easy and host is so fast to respond.

Negative: While mattress is good but only 4 pillow is available. No iron and ironing board. No balcony to dry clothes. Plates and bowls are too small for other Asian or Westerners to use. We did not raise this to host as it doesn't bother us.

Positive: The property is nestled in the cute and charming neighbourhood of Tomigaya, which was a welcome reprieve from the hustle and bustle of the other areas in shibuya city. The streets are quiet and small but still only a 10 minute walk to the train station and 20 minute walk to Harajuku! Close to a 7/11, Little Nap Coffee Roasters. We came straight from the airport via train so seemed a little lengthy from Narita but in hindsight the property was really easy to access via public transport and check in was simple enough if you follow the instructions properly. The room has enough space for two people and was equipped with the necessities for our stay, beds were comfortable and the property was very clean! The shower was so warm and heating worked well. Host is super responsive and answered all of our questions quickly. There are two small flights of stairs so keep in mind if you have larger luggage.

Negative: There is a slight damp smell in the apartment, which is likely due to the condensation at this time of year but damp nonetheless. The google translate app will be your best friend to understand the appliances inside! We had a bit of trouble with getting the correct wifi connection and password, had to send a few messages and find the network on the back of the modem but managed to get it working.

Positive: From the check-in to the check-out EVERYTHING was perfect. Really fast and nice contact. The cleaning woman was super sympatic. I highly recommend this flat for people who want to enjoy a quiet and peaceful area.
